Francois and his team innovatively tackled a ​challenging repair after a cyclone in the Far North. By ​using local paddock rocks for construction, they not ​only saved costs and supported the community but ​also established a sustainable and environmentally ​friendly approach, new ways in resource utilisation and ​community engagement in construction projects.
